**All participants must have British Gymnastics Membership which is purchased through the BG website. (Camps, Trial and PAYG classes are exempt) This structured adult gymnastics class is suitable for all abilities. Our gymnastics strength and flexibility programme will keep you looking and feeling younger, limber and in great shape. It is a wonderful supplement to traditional cardio and weight training workouts and the opportunity to improve your skills is motivating and fun. Plus, the exercises look cool and are great to show off to others once you’ve mastered them!
